Burnley vs Leicester City: Brendan Rodgers' Best Available Foxes Lineup

Leicester City will travel to Turf Moor to take on Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

Leicester are still adapting to a new system under Brendan Rodgers, but the small sample size has been promising for the Foxes. The squad looked dynamic in their previous match against Fulham, and Jamie Vardy got on the scoresheet twice for Leicester late in the game.
3. Goalkeeper and Defenders
Kasper Schmeichel (GK) - Schmeichel has been the man between the sticks for Leicester for years now and has captained the side in many of their Premier League matches this season. The Danish keeper will look to add to his seven clean sheets on the season against a very out-of-form Burnley squad.

Ben Chilwell (LB) - The 22-year-old left-back has made positive strides this season and was rewarded with a call-up to the national squad earlier this week. Chilwell is always solid defensively and will be given the freedom to charge up the left flank and provide solid service into the box for Vardy to get on the end of.

Harry Maguire (CB) - Maguire is another Leicester defender to be called back into the national team picture following good performances at the club level this season. Maguire will need to be strong in the air, continuing to be dangerous on set-piece opportunities for the Foxes.

Jonny Evans (CB) - Following his summer move from West Brom, Evans took a bit of time to adjust to Leicester Citys system. Evans hasnt been at his best since mid-January and will need to use this match against Burnley to get his confidence back.

Ricardo Pereira (RB) - The 25-year-old Portuguese international has been great down the right flank this season. Pereira is a trustworthy defender, but his strength is getting forward and being a provider for his squad. Pereira will be looking to add to the five Premier League assists under his belt already this season.
2. Midfielders
James Maddison (RCM) - Maddison is one of the most hyped youngsters in the English system. Since arriving at the King Power Stadium in the summer, the 22-year-old has formed a good relationship with Vardy and is always dangerous from set-pieces. Maddison will be looking to add to his five goals and six assists this season against a Burnley side that allows space in the midfield.

Wilfred Ndidi (CM) - The Nigerian international will be tasked with providing cover for the Leicester City back four. Ndidi is always a workhorse in the middle of the park, and will be expected to cut out any counter-attack Burnley throw forward throughout the match.

Youri Tielemans (RCM) - Tielemans has been dynamic for the Foxes following his loan move from Monaco at the end of the winter transfer window, scoring one goal and providing two assists in five Premier League matches thus far. The 22-year-old Belgian will be excited for the opportunity to drive at the Burnley defence and open up spaces for his teammates to move into.
1. Forwards
Harvey Barnes (LW) - Barnes returned from a loan at West Brom in January following a spectacular first half of the season in the Championship. Barnes racked up nine goals and seven assists in 26 matches in the English second tier, and will be looking to make his mark on the Premier League for the remainder of the campaign.

Jamie Vardy (CF) - The 32-year-old forward has looked much more like himself since the appointment of Rodgers as the clubs manager. Vardy has already bagged himself three goals and an assist since the change of boss and will look to use his dynamic runs in behind to cause problems for the Burnley back four.

Demarai Gray (RW) - Gray may not get the same level of praise as some of his other teammates, but the 22-year-old winger certainly does impress on the pitch. Gray is constantly pressuring opposing defences and will look to force a mistake from the compact formation Burnley will be expected to play.
